Key Responsibilities
- Drive merchandising, buying & inventory strategies
- Lead assortment planning based on market and customer trends
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Marketing & Brand Principals
- Lead and mentor the merchandising/planning team
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience within retail industries (fashion, beauty, footwear, handbags, jewellery or F&B)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
