merchant engagement officer (12 months contract) What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience in sales, customer engagement, or account management preferred
- Passion for supporting businesses through technology and payments innovation
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with Singapore’s retail and F&B landscape is advantageous
- Engage Existing Merchants – strengthen partnerships by understanding merchant needs and guiding them to adopt and expand company’s services
- Generate New Leads – identify and connect with non-merchants, introducing them to payment solutions
