The role includes handling enquiries from both internal and external customers, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with various operational functions related to the Point-Of-Sale terminal.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and be a Permanent Resident or Singaporean Citizen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills are required.
