Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Merchants Acceptance Training Specialist to lead and deliver impactful in-store and virtual training sessions for our valued merchant partners. This role plays a key part in promoting our product acceptance and enhancing merchant engagement across various branches and store teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct instructor-led and virtual training for merchant staff, including store heads, branch managers, and cashier teams.
Drive awareness and understanding of Pluxee product acceptance through campaigns, mystery shopper programs, memo validation, and distribution of training materials.
Ensure each training batch achieves complete understanding and retention of acceptance procedures.
Generate reports analyzing training effectiveness, participation, challenges, and distribution of materials.
