The Role
As an M&A Analyst, you'll sit at the core of deal execution, supporting live client mandates from origination through to close. You'll work directly with senior team members on cross-border transactions, taking ownership of the analytical and preparatory work that drives each deal forward.
What You'll Do
- Target sourcing & list building: Identify and build databases of potential acquisition targets and buyers, qualifying them against client criteria and strategic fit.
