- Monitor, support, and maintain the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) model, focusing on products, routes, operations, and lot movements.
- Gather requirements and design, develop, and deploy new versions of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) applications.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support around the clock for the seamless operation of production lines.
- Collaborate with IT OSS and CIM support teams to enhance system response time and availability.
- Document requirements and coordinate enhancements in the assigned area.
