2nd Line Messaging Engineer – Stevenage

Your role will involve the day‑to‑day support, management and development of enterprise platforms, with responsibility for resolving incidents, service requests and problem tickets within agreed SLAs and KPIs. You will manage and optimise Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019) and Skype for Business environments, support Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for messaging systems.
