Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and manage enterprise business and technical metadata
- Develop detailed source-to-target data mappings (STTM) including transformations, hierarchies, and business rules
- Maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, and data lineage documentation
- Ensure consistency across business definitions, logical models, and physical data implementations
- Partner with business and technical teams to capture and validate data requirements
- Support data governance, data quality rules, and stewardship frameworks
- Ensure compliance with BCBS 239 principles (traceability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness)
- Support regulatory reporting, audit, and risk data initiatives
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and UAT support
