The Kelly Group is seeking a Metal Fabrication Facility Lead for its Reserve, Louisiana, location. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of fabrication facility experience.
This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:
+ Ability to safely operate and instruct employees on proper use of fabrication equipment including press brakes, bending rolls and punches
+ Basic computer knowledge
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality control to meet industrial standards
+ Understanding of safe work practices and how to maintain a safe work environment
