Job Description
**Hiring for Metal Grinders, Spot welders, and laborers (Entry level) - pay up to $23/hour in Anoka, MN.**
**Responsibilities :**
+ Use a hand grinder to remove rough edges and smooth metal surfaces to a high-quality finish.
+ Polish metal components to achieve a clean, consistent appearance and meet quality standards.
+ Measure and cut metal to specified lengths using a tape measure and appropriate cutting tools.
+ Operate fabrication equipment such as brake presses and spot welders after receiving proper training.
+ Perform buffing operations to refine surfaces and prepare parts for painting or final assembly.
+ Rack and prepare parts for the paint process according to established procedures.
+ Assist in assembly, packaging, and paint departments as needed to support overall production flow.
**Essential Skills (Not Mandatory) :**
+ Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through previous work experience, schooling, or hands-on hobbies.
