This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to optimize manufacturing processes and solve complex metallurgical challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead metallurgical analysis and process improvements in melting, casting, heat treatment, and machining operations.
+ Investigate and reduce casting defects, including porosity and inclusions.
+ Develop and optimize brass alloys to improve product performance and manufacturability.
