About the Role
Titan Mining Corporation is seeking a Junior Metallurgist to support mill and assay lab operations at its high-grade zinc mining operation in upstate New York. This role is ideal for a hands-on mineral processing professional who enjoys working in a plant environment focused on production optimization, metallurgical testing, and process improvement.
You will work under the Mill Manager and play a key role in supporting daily metallurgical performance, QA/QC systems, and recovery optimization across milling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage QA/QC processes for assay laboratory and mill operations
- Monitor and support plant performance to maintain and improve production rates
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve metallurgical and process issues
