Insight Global is hiring a Metrology Equipment Technician for a leading Semiconductor company in Austin, TX. This technician will be specialized in Semiconductor Metrology Equipment Maintenance and will work in their 24/7 main FAB and interact with multiple disciplines. Technician's will be performing complete daily tool checks, will have quick responses to breakdown maintenance, complete scheduled preventative maintenance in a timely manner to minimize stop loss, troubleshoot complex problems, and monitor equipment processes. Day-To-Day: - Experience with the following tools is desired: APS 2000 Wafer Sorter, KLA Tencor UV1200 Thin Films Measurement Systems, KLA Tencor SP1/SP2 Particle Measurement Systems, KLA 8100 CDSEM, KLA ASET F5 Scatterometry, AMAT SEMVision G3, KLA Tencor 2367 or KLA PUMA 9000D. - Troubleshoot and repair all hardware and process failures for above tools. - Perform preventative maintenance activities following standardized work documents. - Use...
