About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented
Metrology / Inspection Technician
to support semiconductor R&D and advanced packaging development. This role focuses on
measurement, defect inspection, and data analysis
to support engineering decisions and process optimisation. Key Responsibilities Perform
wafer/panel measurements
(e.g. thickness, CD, surface, defect inspection) Support
DOE runs, engineering lots, and process characterisation Identify
defect trends and abnormalities , and report findings to engineers Maintain
measurement accuracy, SPC tracking, and data consistency Operate and support
metrology tools, setup, and basic calibration Assist in
tool troubleshooting and routine maintenance (PM) Maintain proper documentation including
measurement logs and reports Adhere to
cleanroom protocols and safety procedures Requirements NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or related field 1–3 years of experience in
inspection, QA, or measurement envir...
