Job Description
Completed Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of General Experience
- English Intermediate-advanced (B2+)
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art test equipment, assembly fixtures, ATE equipment, and ICT.
- Demonstrated expertise with root cause analysis.
- Benchtop electrical debug tool experience.
- Strong understanding of support processes - SLA, handling tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics.
