Managing financial performance, providing in-depth analysis, delivering measurable impacts through data‑driven insights, assessing risks, maximising profits and financial health. Creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards that allow business to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed, data‑driven decisions. Working closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, ongoing pipelines, and potential leads, ultimately to achieve sustainable growth and optimise conversion rate. Managing the Country Balanced Scorecard, monitoring performance, refining strategies, and taking corrective actions to close any unfavourable gaps and drive continuous improvement.
