Job Description
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ § **Category Management**
+ Be familiar with the categories and relative sub-categories application;
+ Analyze data and insights of the category market intelligence and trends
+ Manage existing supplier base and develop potential suppliers
+ Build and drive relationships with suppliers to deliver pricing, quality, delivery and aftermarket service improvement
+ Develop the strategy of the category and review with cross functional team regularly
+ Achieve category productivity target and lead cost saving activities
+ Region Contracting, contract management, and risk assessment / mitigation
+ Conduct regular performance review with key suppliers
+ Conduct Benchmark across region sites
+ Conduct Bidding / RFQ
+ Support global sourcing projects
+ Support new program initiatives
+ Support on supplier performance improvement objectives
