**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement E-Mobility and Contactors manufacturing engineering strategy to establish operations as a competitive advantage; lead Engineering team to meet and exceed KPIs of manufacturing area.
- Lead strategy to improve equipment safety, performance, OEE, PFMEA robustness, COPQ reduction, Safety, between other KPIs.
- Support current and introduction of new product and processes within the Engineering Organization.
Support the operations on a Value Stream and to lead the process continue improvement process.
Responsible for the Lean / TEOA tools related with the Engineering function.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
