Summary :
- Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)
- Allocates resources, monitors bulk cable NPI schedule, and periodically review cable performance and team’s work to ensure timely completion and get excellent performance.
- Provide leadership, coaching and training to engineers.
- Identifies the priority of new product development potentials to draft process technology roadmaps and key initiatives.
Cross-function exchange and collaboration
- Lead Bulk Cable technical organization in Penang (Lab Tech, PDE & MPDEs)
Resources Allocation and Budget Control
- Adjust department resources based on work tasks and emergency procedures.
- Make and control the resource and budget for bulk cable development and further study.
