Job Description

The Legal Manager shall be required to provide legal advice to all departments of the company and ensure legal compliance with internal rules in respect of business decisions, processes and documentation. The person in this role shall also be responsible for training and communicating to employees, any legal developments that may impact their areas of work. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of outsourced legal partners

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert corporate/ commercial legal advice for the company’s operations

  • Ensure legal compliance of business decisions, processes and documentation

  • Perform due diligence, review various real estate documents, including ground leases and title deeds with a high level of detail

  • Draft review and track all contracts, agreements, settlements and other legal instruments as required by the business.
