  • Lead the ERC organization structure, staffing, and duty roster at the MTB site
  • Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERP), procedures, and communication protocols
  • Plan and complete ERC training, drills, and proficiency certification programs
  • Ensure readiness and availability of ERC equipment, systems, and resources
  • Lead or coordinate emergency response actions for major incidents, fires, chemical releases, and disasters
  • Coordinate with internal teams (EHS, Operations, Facilities, Security) and external agencies (fire department, medical services, authorities)
