Job Description

To build & lead a local team of 4-5 online FAE. Working alongside REN sales and focused on supporting mass market and channel partners in India & SE Asia. The role is a player coach whilst building / running the team, also supporting customers and partners. The role will be the anchor point for this small team and will be instrumental in developing the business model and way of working for a long term sustainable high-quality support for our Southeast ASIA and India mass market customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Build / develop / retain a customer centric technical team focusing on the best mix of technical & personal attributes to support, debug and guide customers technically with a system engineering approach for success.
