A leading community bank in the Philippines seeks an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The role focuses on achieving loan volume targets while ensuring sound credit quality and excellent customer service. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, strong selling and communication skills, and ideally some sales experience in Microfinance. The position involves soliciting loans, analyzing applicants, and coordinating loan processes and marketing activities. A motorcycle license is preferred.
