Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations and overall performance
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff and field officers
- Ensure achievement of loan production, collection, and portfolio quality targets
- Conduct regular field visits and client monitoring
- Implement company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Prepare and submit operational, financial, and performance reports
- Manage risks and ensure loan quality control
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and partners
- Handle operational issues, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Willing to be assigned or relocated as required by the company
