A community bank in Valencia, Philippines is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The successful candidate will achieve loan volume targets while ensuring profitability and maintaining good customer service. Responsibilities include soliciting loans, analyzing applicant qualifications, and executing marketing activities. A Bachelor's Degree is required along with strong selling and communication skills. Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets is preferred. Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage.
