Microfinance Loan Specialist

BDO Unibank is looking for candidates for a position focused on achieving microfinance loan volume targets while ensuring profitability, sound credit quality, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include soliciting loan accounts, analyzing applicant qualifications, coordinating loan processing, and handling client inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess a 4-year degree, good communication and customer service skills, and preferably have sales experience in Microfinance.
