We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Unified Service Desk (USD) Specialist (f/m) with high level of English and with hands-on experience to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will focus on the development, configuration, and customization of solutions within the Unified Service Desk (USD), acting as a key contributor to the evolution of our agent desktop platform. The position in 100% remote within Spain.
Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize advanced customizations, hosted controls, and CTI integrations within Dynamics 365, ensuring high performance, seamless usability, and robust multi-session management.
