Description The Power Platform Engineer is accountable for designing, implementing, and supporting Blue Mantis’ Power Platform solutions to enable scalable, secure, and enterprise‑grade automation and application development. This role serves as the technical authority for Power Platform architecture, governance, and integration, ensuring solutions align to enterprise standards, security requirements, and operational best practices. The Engineer owns platform outcomes, not just solution delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders and customer teams to deliver automation, AI‑driven solutions, and application capabilities while ensuring platform consistency, reliability, and governed self‑service adoption.
