Job Description

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Development Transfers Paralegal to provide comprehensive support within a high-volume conveyancing environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (matric) is essential.
  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Legal or Paralegal Studies, will be advantageous.
  • Extensive conveyancing paralegal experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in development transfers.
  • Sound knowledge of conveyancing processes and Deeds Office procedures.
  • Experience liaising with banks, estate agents, developers, and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in legal software systems (CMS advantageous).
