On-site, El Poblado, Medellín. Full-time.
What You’ll Do
- Client–Carrier Relay: Receive information requests from underwriters, translate them into clear language for the client, collect what’s needed, and relay it back properly formatted. Follow up if a client hasn’t responded in 24 hours, and if the underwriter hasn’t responded in 48 hours.
- Intake Support: Complete applications for clients who need additional coverage or whose submissions require rework. Accuracy and speed go hand in hand.
- Documentation & CRM Management: Log all activities in the CRM after every action.
- Customer Support: Monitor the inbox, respond with status updates, handle calls when needed, and flag urgency to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal English at B2+ level or higher; writing professional emails daily.
