We’re Hiring: Mid-Level Business Analyst (e Commerce / Digital) We’re looking for a mid-level Business Analyst to join our growing digital/e Commerce team. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, care deeply about UX/UI and user journeys and want to take real ownership of delivery and outcomes, this could be for you. What you’ll do: Analyse and document business requirements with a strong focus on UX, UI and end-to-end customer journeys Manage and de-escalate client concerns with confidence and professionalism Support the day-to-day running of the team, ensuring high-quality delivery outputs Work closely with a Senior Business Analyst who will mentor and guide you Help grow and manage the product through strong process, prioritisation and collaboration Liaise with stakeholders across all levels of the business Coordinate vendors and support third-party integrations (exposure to integrations is a plus) What we’re looking for: 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or softw...
