Mid-level manual qa engineer

We're looking for a passionate Manual QA Engineer who enjoys digging into complex systems, solving real production issues, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

In this role, you'll go beyond traditional QA, working closely with Engineering, Dev Ops, and L1/L2 teams to validate fixes, troubleshoot issues, and keep critical systems running smoothly in production-like environments.

What you'll do:

Execute functional, regression, smoke, UAT, and end-to-end testing Validate across UI, API (Postman), and databases Investigate issues, differentiate defects vs enhancements, and perform RCA Support release validation, incident triage, and production troubleshooting Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous improvement efforts
