Make a meaningful impact as a Mid-Level Philanthropy Manager with Seva Canada, overseeing donor relationships while contributing to monthly giving initiatives in a hybrid work setting.
In this collaborative role, you will focus on nurturing mid-level donor relationships, enhancing engagement, and developing sustainable giving programs. Working alongside the Director of Philanthropy, you will also manage monthly giving efforts and oversee a portfolio of 50-70 donors. Your ability to think programmatically and foster connections will be key to expanding Seva's donor community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with mid-level donors through personalized outreach
• Develop stewardship plans to boost retention and engagement
• Support the volunteer Philanthropy Committee in prospecting new donors
• Collaborate on workflows for monthly donor engagement
• Create compelling communications for donor updates and stories
