We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in a 4-star hotel , specifically within our all day dining restaurant.
Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation and cooking
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness & hygiene standards
- Handle basic stock preparation and kitchen setup
- Ensure consistency and quality of dishes
- Support the kitchen team during operations
- Basic kitchen experience preferred
- Able to work midnight / overnight shifts
