- Manage general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax).
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Handle payroll accounting and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare for audits and liaise with external auditors and government agencies.
- Prepare and review tax returns, schedules, and documentation.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proven business tax experience and familiarity with BIR eFPS.
