Job Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and performance of Windows infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Design, architect, and implement Windows AD policies, optimization, and hardening in Windows environment.
- Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or various technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible).
- Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch) for system health monitoring.
- Manage workload patching strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support across the internal team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to ensure processes align with organization standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
