Midday Supervisory Assistant
We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a rewarding role, supporting pupils during the lunchtime period and helping to ensure a safe, happy and positive environment for all children.

- Be calm, caring and patient, with a positive approach to behaviour
- Enjoy working with children and supporting their wellbeing
- Promote safe, inclusive and positive play at lunchtimes
- Communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents
- Be reliable, observant and able to respond appropriately to situations
- Work well as part of a team and follow school policies and procedures
- Show initiative and a willingness to help where needed
