We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of professional experience to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team.
Must have
- 3+ years of commercial experience
- Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionality
- Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules creation and management
- Experience configuring automation using Flows
- User and Permission management experience
- Knowledge of data management tools
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+)
Will be a plus
- Experience of managing Customer supports communication and requests
