Job Description
Position: MYP English Teacher (Middle Years Programme – Grades 6 to 10)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons aligned with the International Baccalaureate MYP framework.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Foster inquiry-based, concept-driven, and interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Design assessments in accordance with MYP criteria and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain student portfolios, assessment records, and progress reports.
- Encourage creativity, communication, collaboration, and international-mindedness among students.
- Integrate technology and digital resources effectively into classroom teaching.
