RMC is hiring for Junior System Administrator to support our customer at NSWC Dahlgren. The selected applicant will work with a team of highly talented individuals supporting a robust DoD Hosting environment.
The selected candidate will:
- Provide technical support to users via telephone, email, chat, and ticketing systems for connectivity, hardware, software, and procedural issues.
- Log, track, and manage all incidents and service requests through completion using Jira Service Management.
- Research, diagnose, and resolve user-reported issues; escalate to appropriate technical teams when necessary.
