Become the Mill Manager at Skeena Gold + Silver, driving mill operations at the Eskay Creek mine. This remote position emphasizes safety, compliance, and team collaboration.

• Ensure readiness operations, procedures, and documentation are validated
• Support the onboarding of mill operations staff effectively
• Set and track KPIs to ensure operational excellence
• Tackle operational challenges with proactive strategies
• Enforce compliance with regulations and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in metallurgy or related field preferred
• P.Eng. designation in BC or registration eligibility
