- Set up and operate milling machines (manual / CNC)
- Install and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Adjust machine parameters to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform basic programming or editing (for CNC machines)
- Monitor production and ensure smooth operation
- Inspect finished parts to meet specifications
- Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in milling / metalworking
- Able to perform machine setup and operation independently
- Familiar with technical drawings and measuring tools
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
- Team player with good working attitude
