Job Responsibilities
- Analyze, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical machinery, equipment, and components.
- Analyze, repair, and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits and their associated components.
- Design, modify, and update related schematics.
- Optimize machine functionality for uptime, cycle time, and energy conservation.
- Build new machinery and equipment with minimum supervision.
- Troubleshoot active and new machinery and equipment with minimum supervision.
- Commit to continuous improvement of machinery, equipment, processes, and PM system.
- Meet schedules set by Maintenance Team leaders.
- Train apprentices in all aspects of machine and equipment repair and safety.
- Work within the guidelines of the Karmax Employee Handbook.
- Assist the maintenance department PM activity.
- Maintain IATF16949 & ISO14001 awareness and adherence.
