Responsibilities
- Ensure all technical work is executed safely.
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective work orders, recording them in the maintenance control system.
- Provide feedback on all planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Prepare detailed equipment breakdown reports.
- Organise workplace, documentation, and toolboxes according to 5S standards.
- Conduct breakdown analysis and follow up on corrective measures.
- Provide technical support and training to operators.
- Participate in technical improvement teams and propose improvements.
- Take part in equipment breakdown root cause failure analyses.
- Ensure high-quality execution of work orders, minimising downtime caused by maintenance.
- Support execution of engineering and local projects.
- Register all activities in the ERP system.
