JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Centre Director on administration matters This role is a dedicated internal and external client service position involving filling up, issuing and filing of paperwork related to centre, parental engagement, regular interactions with champs and working co-operatively with all team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the daily operation of the centre.Implement quality standard for all programmes in centre.Handle centre tour; operation portion.Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report etc)Prepare monthly forms such as teachers attendance form, champs attendance forms, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms etcConduct daily health checks with champs at the door when necessaryAssist parents in the purchasing of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books etcConduc...
