Key Responsibilities Operational Management Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily mining activities (drilling, blasting, hauling, and processing). Ensure production targets are met in line with company objectives. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary. Health & Safety Compliance Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies. Promote a safety-first culture across all teams. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary workforce. Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development. Ensure adequate staffing and training levels. Financial & Resource Management Develop and manage budgets, controlling operational costs. Optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials).
