About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, you will be responsible for maintaining the in-room mini bars to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Restock daily all mini bar items inside the guest rooms
- Deliver requested items to the guest within the quoted time
- Assist guests courteously and efficiently, providing service to accommodate any guest requests
- Ensure that all glassware is in excellent condition
- Assist with proper ordering and storing of all incoming food and beverage products
- Ensure the mini bar is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to guests
- Track guest consumption accurately for billing purposes
- Monitor product quality, check expiration dates, and remove expired items
