Role Overview
Under the direction of the National Mining Sales Manager, the Mining Account Manager is responsible and accountable for managing the sales of equipment, related products and support commercial agreements in Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Hitachi excavators & trucks and mining machine accessories, including ground engaging tools (GET), to the mining sector.
- Manage large mining accounts in collaboration with local product support operations to ensure customer satisfaction and aftermarket sales growth.
- Act as the customer representative for Wajax and the focal point for communication between the customer and Wajax regarding the mining sector.
- Prepare detailed quotations and product presentations in response to RFQs and tenders.
