CRITICAL RISK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - METAL MINING
The Role:
We are looking for nine highly experienced Critical Risk Management (CRM) practitioners to join a multi-year, site-based CRM implementation project across nine operations, including underground hard-rock mines, processing plants, and smelters, for a major global metal mining group operating in India . This is a field deployment role, not an office advisory position.
The Basics
- Location: India (FIFO – Fly-In Fly-Out)
- Deployment Duration: 3-year project (12-month initial contract, with yearly renewal based on performance)
- Shift Pattern: 14 days on-site, 14 days off-site (10-hour shifts, Mondays to Saturdays, Sundays off)
- Remuneration: ZAR 6,000 - ZAR 9,000 per day - negotiated individually based on experience, sector depth and CRM software proficiency.
