Job Responsibilities
- Integral member of the operations team overseeing development and completion of the project
- Organize, monitor and prioritize tasks to meet targets
- Maximize utilization and cost-effectiveness of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within the mine site
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings/peptalks with the team to detect and resolve operational, safety and personnel problems
- Maintain records of daily activities
- Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Mining Engineering
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
- Must be able to work in an atmosphere that may contain dust and fumes from trucks
